Terrible, Dont pay out, say need to verify account, owe £1500 since 26th November, say the same thing every day. Dont think they will end up paying out. Avoid at all costs.

I was blocked my account for 4 5 years ago. And i just seen you can open your old account again. I just think that maybe i try that again. I wrote to customer service and they says ” we send your case to that department” and it has been 3 weeks right now ????and i wrote Them 2 times more and nothing happens. From now doesn’t really matter if they can write back or not. And if they are like this about answering customers, what about payments? ???? i give one star because of customer service doesn’t wants to back from holiday.

Wow like why even bother?, I signed up and got 50 free spins thought cool I don’t have to deposit anything yet, just as well…. It’s been two weeks to verify my account every time they make excuses every time they ask for new documents. Now they block all my three accounts. And ask for proof of deposit that I give them but still don’t accepted and they have no reason why they don’t accept it. Absolutely scam they hold my more then £1000. Just stay away.
