I was new to online wager requirements. I deposit a sum of money then won and won more on slots then went to blackjack then roulette ended up with around 6k but as I went over the wager rules wasn’t allowed to withdraw anything. Instead all confiscated and told my deposit only would be refunded. That never happened either. A few hundred deposits to life changing to zero. That’s my story. And the response to emails were long i.e 72hrs and rude.
